The first step in resolving any complex building failure is removing the guesswork. We do not perform basic home inspections or hourly walk-throughs. Instead, we conduct a rigorous Diagnostic Evaluation to establish the unvarnished technical facts of your property's condition.

Following the on-site evaluation, you will receive a definitive assessment that includes:

• Damage Overview & Root Cause Analysis: A clear identification of the observed damage and the underlying mechanisms causing the failure.

• Code & Compliance Evaluation: Identification of potential Building Code violations or deviations from the accepted Standard of Care.

• Strategic Roadmap: A clear proposal detailing the required next steps, whether that involves invasive testing, historical permit research, cost-to-repair estimation, or remediation.

Fixed-Fee Engagement Structure

To provide absolute financial clarity, we operate exclusively on fixed-fee engagements. Diagnostic Evaluations begin at $1,500 (depending on the scope and complexity of the property). All estimated costs and parameters are clearly defined and agreed upon prior to the evaluation.
